Our Story
Skip Engelbrecht and Nhan Le, owner of Fishmonger and Octopus Bar, joined forces with the owner of Hopstix Asian brewpub, Andy Tan, to create Dos Burros, a vibrant taco spot on in Atlanta on the bustling Beltline. Inspired by a joke from the late chef Angus Brown that he and Le are the two jackasses of Atlanta and they should open a taco spot serving Good Ass Mexican Food!

The space features a lively setting with neon and bright colors, offering both table service downstairs and counter-service upstairs for takeout and patio seating. With a menu crafted by former So Ba chef Domingo Galardo, Dos Burros serves up taqueria-style fare like barbacoa, smoked brisket, and chicken tinga, with weekend brunch on the horizon featuring Mexican staples and inventive craft beers and cocktails.
